Quoin (Int) Limited has acquired the Coldwell Banker Master Franchise Rights for Residential for the whole of Australia from the parent Company Realogy in 2012.
Realogy is a listed company on the New York Stock Exchange and it's ticker code is RLGY and is a Global based franchisor from New Jersey in USA. Quoin (Int) Ltd (ASX: QIL) currently holds these rights for Australia. Currently Quoin is seeking to purchase other Australian Franchisors to participate in the growth of Quoin (Int) Ltd in Australia.

Robert Cinelli

Alex Caraco
Gold Coast Manager
Alex Caraco is the former CEO of Coldwell Banker Australia as well as the former Principal of Coldwell Banker GC Property Group, Main Beach. He has over 33 years of experience in the industry and has undertaken tertiary level Real Estate & Franchising studies at 2 Universities and attended corporate in-house courses in New York on Global Marketing. He has had hands on experience running all aspect of a real estate office from property management to sales and sold his first prestige property in 1980 at the age of 18. Alex moved on to open his first office in Castle Hill, Sydney at the age of 24 and specialised in Land and New Home Project Marketing. He sold that business to become Australia's youngest Franchisee for the largest national branded real estate network in Australia in the Northern Suburbs of Sydney, winning many awards for excellence in marketing, auctions and sales. Alex then proceeded to set up 3 Real Estate offices specialising in high volume sales and consequently negotiated to bring Coldwell Banker to Australia in early 2002. Today some 18 offices have been established that service 3 states. Alex looks forward to globalising the Gold Coast with theColdwell Banker GC Property Group team using the power of Coldwell Banker's Global connections.
Alex has sold all his interests in the Coldwell Banker Group to Quoin International Limited and Real Estate Holdings Australia Pty Ltd . Alex will continue in a dual role for both companies , one being the Gold Coast Area Manager and the other being the Franchise Sales Director for Coldwell Banker Australia.

David Lonie

After earning a degree from The University of California at Berkeley, playing American Football in college and the NFL, David is back on the Gold Coast.
David is a former PBC High School student athlete and Palm Beach local who knows the area well.
